Perth Tradie Hub
A 5-page tradie website that books jobs while the owner is on-site
Perth plumbing and electrical businesses were invisible online — losing work to competitors with basic but well-ranked websites. Jobs were being quoted verbally and tracked in notebooks. The owner was spending 2 hours every evening catching up on enquiries he missed during the day while his team was on-site. There was no online booking, no automated follow-up, and no way for a potential customer to find them on Google for their suburb.
Built a fast, mobile-first website with integrated job enquiry form, automated email response, Google Business Profile connection, and suburb-specific SEO targeting 18 Perth postcode areas. Each suburb page targets a specific search term (e.g. 'plumber Joondalup', 'electrician Wanneroo') with unique content and a click-to-call button prominent above the fold. The site loads in under 1.5 seconds on mobile — a key ranking factor Google uses for local search results.

Healthcare & Allied Health
MedBook Perth
A healthcare clinic website with 24/7 online booking and patient portal
A growing Allied Health clinic in Perth's southern suburbs was relying on phone calls and a basic Facebook page. New patient acquisition was slow and reception staff were overwhelmed with appointment calls — spending over 3 hours per day on phone bookings. The clinic had no way for patients to book online after hours, no practitioner profiles to build trust with new patients, and no local SEO presence in surrounding suburbs like Cockburn, Jandakot, and Fremantle.
Built an AHPRA-compliant website with integrated Calendly booking, individual practitioner profile pages, suburb-specific landing pages (Cockburn, Jandakot, Fremantle, Canning Vale, Bibra Lake), service descriptions optimised for patient search intent, and a patient FAQ centre addressing the most common pre-appointment questions. Every page includes structured data for healthcare providers and prominent trust signals including AHPRA registration numbers and professional association memberships.

Real Estate & Property
PropertyIQ WA
A real estate agency portal with live suburb data and automated lead routing
A boutique Perth real estate agency had no web presence beyond a templated REA profile. Their agents were manually managing leads via email, with no visibility into which suburbs or property types were generating the most interest. Leads from the REA profile were arriving in a generic inbox and often going to the wrong agent — creating delays in response time that were costing listings.
Built a custom property portal with suburb landing pages for 12 WA areas, live listing integration, automated lead routing to the right agent by suburb, and a real-time performance dashboard showing enquiries, page views, and suburb heat maps. Each suburb page includes current median price data, recent sales activity, and a local market commentary written for SEO. Agents receive leads directly to their mobile via instant notification with full lead context.

TradeFlow CRM
A trades CRM that replaced 3 separate tools and saved 15 hours of admin per week
A Perth-based electrical contracting company with 6 licensed electricians was managing jobs in Excel, quotes in Word, invoices in a separate accounting tool, and customer follow-ups in their heads. Critical jobs were being missed, invoice payments were consistently delayed by 20-30 days, and the owner had no real-time visibility into which jobs were profitable and which weren't. The team was also managing field communications via WhatsApp, meaning critical job notes were buried in personal chat threads.
Built a custom CRM and job management system with quote generation, job scheduling calendar, photo upload from site via mobile, automated invoice generation with Xero sync, and a live dashboard showing outstanding jobs, revenue by month, and overdue invoices. Field staff use the mobile interface to receive daily job assignments, upload site photos, collect digital signatures, and mark jobs complete — which triggers invoice creation automatically. The owner gets a real-time P&L view of the business from any device.

Healthcare & Allied Health
HealthTrack App
A patient-facing mobile app for appointment booking, health records, and telehealth
A multi-location allied health network in Melbourne had patients across 4 clinics using 3 different booking systems, with no unified patient record or telehealth capability. Reception staff were spending 2 hours per day manually syncing records across systems, patients were receiving duplicate appointment reminders, and the lack of a telehealth option was costing the network clients who couldn't attend in person. A previous attempt to deploy an off-the-shelf patient management platform had failed due to poor fit with the network's multi-clinic workflow.
Built a cross-platform React Native app for iOS and Android that unified booking across all 4 locations, gave patients access to their full appointment history and clinical notes shared by their practitioners, enabled WebRTC-powered video telehealth sessions without any third-party subscription, and pushed automated appointment reminders via push notification and SMS — all compliant with the Australian Privacy Act and health data standards. Admin staff can manage all 4 clinic schedules from a single web dashboard.

Mining & Resources
MineSite Dashboard
A real-time field operations dashboard that cut equipment downtime by 18%
A mid-size WA mining services company was managing field equipment, contractor rosters, and safety incidents across 3 separate spreadsheets and a legacy desktop system that hadn't been updated since 2019. Critical equipment downtime alerts were reaching operations managers hours after the event — by which time the window to deploy maintenance crews had already passed. Safety incident reports were being filed on paper and faxed to the Perth office, creating a significant compliance risk. The company had tried two different off-the-shelf field management platforms and found neither could integrate with their existing IoT sensor hardware.
Built a real-time operations dashboard that integrated directly with existing IoT sensor hardware via AWS IoT Core, unifying equipment telemetry, contractor roster management, safety incident reporting, and automated downtime alerts in a single web dashboard accessible from any device on-site or in the Perth office. Machine learning anomaly detection triggers alerts when sensor data deviates from normal operating ranges — providing warnings up to 45 minutes before equipment failures become critical. Safety incident reports are now filed digitally from mobile devices on-site, with automatic escalation and regulatory reporting.
